We conveniently offer payment via cash, credit and debit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo. We are unable to accept Checks as payment for services at this time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up. Sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We simply ask that you give us notice by 5PM the business day prior to your appointment in order to avoid penalty. If for some reason the team is unable to service your home as scheduled due to a same-day cancellation, no-show, or lock-out, you will be assessed a $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding of this policy as our teams reserve their time especially for you and the cleaning of your home. Thank you!
Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to the subjective nature of cleaning, we are unable to offer refunds on services. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If anything was missed during your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we'll happily return to correct the missed areas.
